Cauliflower Soup

This must be one of the easiest and quickest soups ever. And filling too!
4 servings
1 large cauliflower head
1 onion
25 grams / .875 ounces butter
3-4 dl / 21-28 tbsp heavy whipping cream
bacon
salt, pepper
Chop one onion and let it sweat in the butter. Cut a cauliflower head into chunks, put them in a pot and let them cook in heavy whipping cream until soft (ca 10 minutes). Add salt and pepper, mix with a hand blender. Add more cream or water if you want the soup thinner. Serve with bacon crumbs.
