Instructions

Please test your ketone levels twice a week using urine strips and submit your levels through the form below. Pick any 2 days with a few days in between for instance Sunday and Thurs, Monday and Friday, Sunday and Weds, Monday and Thurs etc. - and report both readings once each week no later than Saturday.

If you haven't found any strips locally, you can order them from amazon (here's an example but you can order whichever kind you like).
