Massive improvement in the inflammation of my knees

It’s been more than 2 weeks that I have been following Keto, I have noticed a massive improvement in the inflammation of my knees. Yesterday I danced with my son, something I have not been able to do for 3 years 😀 I have definitely lost size as my clothes are a lot looser and I have had quite a few compliments about how pretty my face is recently (that hasnt happened in some time, as inflamation and fluid retention swallow my face and I kind of lose my prettiness when I am not on keto) The biggest thing is – I have very little appetite. Honestly I am just not hungry most of the time. I am saving so much money from not eating out when I am in town. I have been attending birthday parties and even though there was nothing on offer than fitted in with my keto way of eating – It didn’t bother me cause I wasn’t even hungry!!!!

6 weeks after I started eating a ketogenic diet (no sugar no starch – high fat, moderate protein, low carbohydrates) I am down 16 kg!!! (35 pounds) I also no longer use my walking sticks because my knee inflammation is hugely reduced, energy levels have increased and my thinking is clearer. There are essential fats, there are essential proteins, there are no essential carbs.

2 1/2 months
2 1/2 month measure : I have lost 24 inches in total (61cm) Which includes 3 1/2 inches (9cm) off my hips and 3 inches (8cm) off my waist and 3 inches (8cm) off each upper thigh, 1.5 inches (4cm) off each upper arm. On the down side I have lost nearly an inch off my bust. Official 10 week weigh in: weight lost: 24kg (53 pounds) Doc kept checking the numbers… couldn’t believe it.

Current weight loss, 29kg (64 pounds) so so grateful! Keto only, minimal exercise.
