NSV (Non Scale Victory)! I had an event today and pulled these stupidly expensive pants out of my "other" pile because my usual "conservative mum" pants just wouldn't work... I have never worn them before because they were just a bit too small for me. They are baggy now!
I've stopped tracking my food and I'm feeling freaking awesome! Following the advice of Kimmi Katte to eat more (currently 2 small meals and maybe a small snack if I'm hungry), I have got more work done in my business these first 2 weeks of the year than what I achieved in the last 6 months!! Winning. I love keto!!
